I don't know what this is in refernce too but i am once again calling for the complete legal and political destruction of the genocidal settler colonialist HOA known as Klanada kkkanada

I assume the canukistanis are being shits about voluntary death in some way that manages to infantilize ill people while also ignoring all of the social murder features of MaiD.

The fundamental problem with MAiD is it gives people the right to die in a state where there is no right to live. That's basically the crux of every wrongful assisted suicide or assisted suicide attempt (looking at you wheelchair ramp case worker).

Yup, it's 100% this. The right to die peacefully, legally, with dignity, whenever you decide you're ready is important and should be upheld. Canada has shown how a capitalist state can transform this in to a way of culling the most desperate and oppressed, as capitalism is want to do. They've formalized and medicalized social murder. : @

Afaik the "istan" suffix means "land of these people" so like hindustan is the land of the hindus, turkmenistan is the land of the turkmens. I've been applying it in places it's not often used for a while, but mostly for kkklanada.

It is! It’s a job where you assist the dying with their transition into, well, being dead. My partner had looked into becoming one.
