It looks like an adaptation of Aegishjalmur, a Norse rune of protection, with the symbols modified a bit. To what effect I'm not sure, but taken in context I don't believe they're there for a wholesome reason, especially knowing how fond white supremacists are of Nordic mythology and symbolism
