not me facing homelessness problem unable to find a place that allows a pet. My bad for having a sweet little girl for the past 15 or so years. She is so cute. I love her so much.

There is this incredibly small duplex in my small 4k population town and even that place doesn't allow pets. Oh and even if I do find a place, it will end up costing 50% of my monthly post tax income. Yayy!!

I don't know, van life seems so cool to me. Maybe I am wrong. But again, that is the most USian thing I've seen. Honestly speaking, I am really curious about the shitting and the bathing stuff, because that must be the most uncomfortable thing to do.

Cooking is okay, I guess. Laundry is also manageable. Now that you've mentioned parking, I am quite concerned about it. How bad is it?

If you like police hassling you wherever you park then it shouldn’t be a problem. But you don’t have to only concern yourself with parking. Think about all the myriad different expenses that must come up by living in a vehicle. Because people who are unhoused in America that are fortunate enough to have a vehicle still have to pay out the nose for things that are less expensive if you have a home.

And when someone is facing homelessness I don’t think they’ll think about it as an opportunity to make their dream van-life #glamping “the year I found myself” DIY polluter 3000.
