I guess I hope they did a little more investigation of the dates in question, so this can be proven definitively but the video itself isn't incredibly convincing. Especially the source being what it is. I assume he was actually abusing somebody heinously in the video but is the date it was recorded proven? Basically I'm just not convinced that "10 years ago" isn't Taint artificially inflating the number of years since, to minimize it. If they litigate the age of the person in question would be proven, as is it looks like they took a claimed age from somewhere on social media.

It is pretty funny if he just made it up and his defence for assaulting someone is that the were a child.
