What should I do with them? Not sure how many, I'll probably set at least one aside as a snack, but what do yall like to do with your cucumbers?

yee, 3.5 wt% salt in water. add some fresh dill, garlic, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, peppercorns, dill seed, and some hot peppers if you want. then sit in a sealed jar at room temp for a week or so. mustard seeds help keep a crunch so that would be the last part of this recipe id change

Cut 'em up and put 'em in salads, sandwiches, etc. Then pickle the rest.

My kids would solve your cucumber problem in about three days. They dice 'em up into big coins, put some salt (and sometimes pepper) on' em, and that's today's snack.

i like to skin them and cut them into very thin slices, then cut some onions in very thin slices. salt them and let sit for 30 minutes, add vinegar and sugar, refrigerate for 2 hr, then eat or store in fridge. theyre like salt and vinegar chips!

    Zucchini Cookies.

This sounds wacky as hell, but zucchinis grow like the dickens and taste... like zucchini. Gotta find some way of usin' em. Have a treat that you can pretend is healthy.

Ugh my area has those fucking squash moths so I get incredibly healthy looking zucchini plants, and then the stems all explode and the plants die.

        Same sadness

Have never found a real solution. Once the larva are in there its.almost impossible to get them out without killing the plant. Best ive managed to do is keep them alive long enough to make a single harvest. What i do is wrap foil around the base when they're very young. Stops young larva from being able to burrow in. Also mound & bury the runners and (wrap the protuding bits) like potatos when they get big so there is multiple root nodes when the original dies.
