Despite putting heavy sanctions on their vehicles, solar panels, and high-tech chips, they simultaneously shit their pants over the POSSIBILITY - not something that’s happening yet - that China will leverage with production by counter-sanctioning the west on the same products (and low tech chips) because the consequences are worse for the west than for China.
