Getting the procedure done this week. Ordered some underwear with ice packs and sleeve for comfort. Planning on laying on the couch watching DS9.

I preferred having a slight barrier between the site and the frozen pack, like a folded beach towel (thin). maybe some naproxen sodium.
follow their instructions for cleaning and time to rest before exercise etc.
