Writing an emulator for a console with only one (1) game is probably easier than writing one that plays a lot of different games.

Although I can't imagine we'll wait forever for some modder to port Bloodborne to PC wholesale, especially now that the modding scene for fromsoft has grown so large and so complex and with DS3 already being on PC.
