A few years ago I sat through a Shoah denier’s video simply to understand his way of thinking. (Shortly afterwards, I read responses to the same claims present in the video.)
Most violent ideology in human history.
-
Every system overthrew the previous system through violence, capitalism included. The American Revolution followed by the French Revolution were not the capitalists asking the nobility for political power nicely.
-
Feudalism requires the death of the previous ruler to appoint the new one. It was constantly resulting in wars of succession because two cousins couldn't agree on who was the favorite nephew.
-
Capitalism regularly enacts violence against anything that threatens it, just like every political system that has ever existed. This is not unique to communism.
-
It took communists all over the world a century to create a death toll (one that's often disputed by anti-communists) surpassing what three fascist nations did in less than a decade.
-
I'd say the mistake is trying to get through to willfully ignorant chuds. There's only one cure to their condition...
What can you say to these dullards, really? Compare a sophisticated analysis of a people’s republic with their mind‐numbing cartoon caricatures of one and the contrast could not be clearer. The only thing that you can do with devoted anticommunists is troll them, because otherwise they’re good for nothing.
