brokeNCYDE specifically and the entire genre of crunkcore generally always struck me as parody or performance art or something. Their Wikipedia page had one of the members listed with "smoke machine" where the others have things like "vocals" or other instruments.
The songs can actually be pretty good for a parody act tbh
Lol, I used to have one of their songs as my ringtone way back in the day. I did it as a half joke but it annoyed my mom so I left it for like 2 years.
