But most often used on Hexbear as either an equivalent to eric-andre OR to make fun of someone for speaking their very dumb truth OR thanks to the layers of irony that everything on Hexbear has to actually express admiration for the view a person has stated.

or just that it'd be funny to imagine the guy in the picture saying that

It's all about context. In this case, if someone stole the floor at a town hall to announce that "whoever first created autoplaying videos should be impaled" most people would definitely look at them confused and a bit appalled but we'd probably applaud it.

Oh and for broader internet meme lore: https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/freedom-of-speech-norman-rockwell-painting

I have no idea, it's of some libertarian guy talking at a hearing about uh, school funding? Idk how to get emote lore.

And a funny thing about this series of paintings is that one of them is titled freedom from wantthank you so much franklin delano roosevelt and I sure has hell am not free from need much less want, and those of us who are fighting for it sure seem like the minority lately.

I learned today that on youtube you can have a video repeat if it's in a playlist, it's about time they added that but it's still dumb it has to be in a playlist first.

There's a loop option in the right click menu.

            double right click

I only ever needed to single right click; could it be dependent on OS or browser?

This change happened years ago and I don't think looping is hidden anymore, on any platform.

Back in the day we used to have websites dedicated to looping YouTube videos because the functionality was so obscure.
