This. You go to a town bank and take out a deed for a vendor for your home. You set them up inside then pack their bag full of whatever you want to sell.
Oh nice so these are NPCs set by players. That's interesting, back in the day Ragnarok Online forced players to afk as their vendor which people mostly did by running an extra instance of the game.

Harpy statue. You can collect statues of the different monsters in the game, I got a harpy and an earth elemental, when you walk by them they play a sound which is cute and funny.
