Yeah, on top of that the "affordable" narrative came after this particular building was burned down! It was going to be more of those bourgie condos/apartments 5-over-1s going up everywhere else in Minneapolis (and the us) where they demolish multiple actually affordable apartment buildings and have 3-5 rich tenants that pay enough to cover the costs of the whole building.
