As usual, some discussion ideas:
- How was your August?
- Do you have any plans or goals for September?
- Do you want to share something you've done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
- Do you have any streaks? For example, "sober for one day." Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
- If you don't have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?

This past week I went on vacation and logged out for the entire week (except a few visits to the general megathread).
This was the most logged off I've been in a long time. It was only possible since I was on an island, without my laptop and without my phone for most of the day. This is the first time in a long time that I didn't spend all day thinking about the horrible shit happening in the world.
It was great and I wish I could do that more often. But it's almost impossible to replicate that environment. It only worked because I was on vacation and was able to just chill on the beach all day.
In regards to the monthly review, last month was hot as hell so I fell off in a lot of my habits. The plan for September is to pick up where I left off before summer, especially with exercise. It would be great if I could resume runnning twice every week in September.
