All things equal, buying tickets to see the 2, I would have more of an expectation that Slayer didn't rest on their laurels. And Metallica having every reason to mail the rest of their lives in and cash checks.
But yeah, Slayer are a league above'em.
I mean, Reign In Blood is the most thrash metal album that ever thrashed. That's just the facts.
