      They seem very resistant to ever admitting their gimmicks were bad and to making story more than an afterthought.

          They haven't made an F-Zero since 2004 because they just can't think of a way to innovate it but they keep pumping out Mario Karts.

          BOTW is the one and only game I don't mind weapon breaking in simply because it constantly showers you with all types of weapons but I can definitely understand how other people could still dislike that in it.
