Good for you that you can notice decimals in difference but that's not a normal thing, most weather forecast only say the integer, most air conditioners (all as far as I've seen) tell the temperature in integer, if you talk to someone else about the weather we also talk in integer.

I use Celsius and they matter to me. I can and do notice a difference between setting my thermostat to 21.5 vs 22 vs 22.5. You don't whatever.
