Aside from doing it just for shits and giggles I cannot see any possible purpose for this.
Notably - The M-72 rocket launcher weighs something silly like 6lbs and is very easy to use.

Yeah, uhh, those are also unwieldy. Tbh, this thing is probably more useful than an underbarrel chainsaw or flamethrower because it actually has some range to it. But I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that all three are useless.
For when you absolutely, positively have to obliterate something far, far away and you don't want to go and call for air or artillery support
