They keep adding more things to the arrow/chevron and at this point I think they should just remove the rainbow part entirely and have a flag made solely of a couple dozen arrow/chevron things in every color of every community.

If we keep going in that direction long enough I think we'll eventually come back around to reinventing the rainbow flag.
