I had to seach what it means (except in Polish where it means literally "God's punishment"), and that sounds pretty fun:

Turkish shitposters created several anti-white, pro-black or pro-muslim threads on /pol/. These threads received an extravagant amount of butthurt from the white /pol/ users. Usually, Kara Boğa threads would get +400 posts unless the moderato(s) delete it.

On 25 August, 2017 Turkey was range-banned on 4chan due to Kara Boğa posting.
