Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I'm wondering if things like this that never make United States MSM (at least I've never seen it anywhere, but I don't have TV) is part of the reason why US citizens don't know how much money is in DoD dark money slush funds, and why Congress keeps allocating a bigger defense budget every year, despite repeating DoD inability to pass audits?
