Only two more days until October, it's a good time to make some plans for the following month.
As usual, some discussion ideas:
- Do you have any plans for October?
- Do you want to share something you've done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
- Do you have any goals or plans for next week?
- Do you have any streaks? For example, "sober for one day." Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
- If you don't have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?

Giga cut has been going well, this is the second one i’ve done so it’s a lot easier this time around, definitely feeeling more stomach hungry this time around the mental strength is there and i feel a lot more energetic this time around. I’ll continue the cut until the last week of october and then during october i’m also going to do a three week t-break from weed. Probably should’ve done the t break when i started the cut but that might have been too much change. Overall I’m feeling good about these and they’ll be a good setup for me to go into the next month.
