America has tons of cabbage dishes. The northeast variants are more Irish influence related to the traditional boil and the south has mixed greens which is a take on collard greens that mixes em with cabbage. There’s also the rare( here at least) , but delectable, fried cabbage. Seriously, cabbage fries well. Just try it and it’ll work.
