I find nonfiction to be really good for audiobooks, since if my attention drifts I still pick stuff up from it. I liked the Jakarta Method, and the Long 19th Century books, by Robert Weiner. The former is about a genocidal system set up by the CIA to stop the spread of communism, or even social democracy. The latter is three books about the rise of modern capitalism by a Marxist historian.
