Imagine how much easier and less stressful your life would be if you could just use Marvel/Harry Potter dialectics like these dumb fuck liberals. You get to respond to a well crafted critique of an ongoing genocide with “Erm actually, excuse me but Israel is like epic Jewish wakanda and Ta-Nehisi Coates is like He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Making sense now, tankie?” and not just really think you ate that shit up, but get paid to have it published too.
The rest of the article is equally dogshit and I recommend it for a hate read if you’re feeling up to it.
The parts where Andrews just pretty much outright states that racism against black people is not real because she didn’t personally read it in one of Coates’ books are truly outrageous and deeply unserious.
