I was nearly certain this was a fake news post what the fuckin hell man
Breaking news: we have a photograph of the sheriff arguing with the Burger King employee
The employees unlocked the doors for the deputies, and explained that many upset customers would act out violently or even resort to talking, so they were just trying to be safe, according to the video.
I think that's a typo in the article. The piggie who talked to the assistant manager mentioned stalking.
YEA GIMME BACK UP OVER HERE THEY GAVE ME A WHOPPER WITH CHEESE INSTEAD OF WITHOUT YOU KNOW I GOT DIABETTUS
"I was not in my uniform, and at no point in my interaction with the staff did I identify myself as a member of the law enforcement community," Sheriff Owens said. "At no point did I indicate my position, nor did I ask the responders to do anything that they would not, had not, or have not done for anyone else who makes a business dispute call."
I don't even know if he believes this or not. I would have assumed he was getting off on bringing the force of the state down on a service worker who dared cross him, but can severe cop-brain really make you think this is a normal and reasonable thing everyone does when their order is wrong? Is it both?
Nobody thinks this is reasonable. I've literally never complained if my order at a fast food place has been wrong. If something is missing, I might go ask for it. Calling the pigs because they didn't cut your burger in half is fucking wild.
If you go to fuckin burger king and order some crazy shit like your burger cut in half, fuck you, i hope your order is wrong forever.
