this has already been a thing for as long as ICBMs have existed for the delivery of nukes and explosives. as for soldiers, tanks, ect that will never be possible because rockets are incredibly fragile and can't be armored because they need to be so light. one bullet in a fuel tank will make it start to leak and might instantly destroy it, if not one to the equipment for engines would. both musk and futurism.com (and similar websites) constantly exaggerate stuff, if not making them up entirely
