It's something I really admire about Miley Cyrus - as soon as she was out from under Disney's thumb she got a flamethrower, burned down her squeaky clean Hannah Montana character, and never apologized.
Angelina Jolie somehow escaped that terrible stigma by getting naked early and then just owning it and continuing on. Not sure how much of that was luck and how much of that was fighting like hell.
