same thing happened to 8-bit guy when houston was flooded (hes a chud tho so i didn't hate to see it as much)
8 bit guy's channel has sucked for a while now. Very little retro tech and a whole bunch of navel gazing

iirc he used to do interesting stuff at some point, but i agree with you 100%
I'm glad most of his stuff survived, natural disasters are just something that shock me every time regardless of how normal many of them are
