Weren't liberals mostly indifferent to China before Trump? Obama was trying to get them in the TPP. Then Trump spent the last 8 years blaming all our problems on China and liberals believed nothing he said except the stuff about China. Now everyone wants to be the biggest China hawk.

The fact liberals pretend to care about the well-being of Muslims after they previously spent eight years under Obama justifying, ignoring or excusing his murder of Muslims all over the world is the easiest tell that it was all bullshit from the start
In fact prior to 2018 before the China news cycle started libs didn't care when Trump was going on bombing rampages all over the Middle East and Central Asia; destroying Mosul, dropping a MOAB on Afghanistan, intensifying drone strikes in Yemen, imagine the discourse if China had done anything that visible and widespread to the Muslim populations it borders
