Last night I bought a r-r-really nice sleeping bag—I’ll post a photo as proof I’m not just blowing all this money on hookers and dope—and still had a rough night. Barely slept, I feel absolutely miserable. I used to be able to tolerate this exact kind of weather in years past—I’m not sure what happened.
I’ve always wanted to get a van or something and live out of it—it’s been my dream since before I became homeless. It would give me some protection from the elements, and it would be a huge boost to my self-esteem, which is so low that it’s probably going to kill me soon. Being homeless with a vehicle is almost like not even being homeless, especially if you have some kind of income.
Yesterday’s fundraising effort gave me hope—I had thought everyone had gotten sick of me and that I should give up on trying.
Decent vehicles go for $1K at least on Marketplace, Craigslist, etc., but I’ve seen a lot of my friends acquire them for much less. I’ll see what I can do, idk.
Thanks.

Bump amber whataboutism, hope you're able to get a van before it starts getting too cold, it's definitely starting to come up
