    D-tier ice cream, I only ever asked for it because I had coupons for it. I would sooner use any other soft-serve.

      Burger King still has dollar cones around here and it’s better than McDonald’s. But all the actual ice cream places that offer good soft serve literally just don’t have a small size and charge like $5 for a junior, which should actually be a large.
