Behold the results of my locomotive power
Most i've rowed, at the highest resistance
How did i do it? I row a lot
It's the app that goes with the rower i got, the brand is merach but i don't particularly endorse it there's probably better deals if you look harder
Ah! I was wondering if there is a similar open source app thats it ! 😅
You're a beast. I've been rowing weekly now. It's not my main thing but I get an hour or two in a week.
Idk if its good for rowing but in other stuff I do people reccomend removing your calluses. I started doing it and climbing/pull ups/kb stuff is way less painful now. I was going to get some gloves beforehand but im chilling now.

i bet it'll become your main thing once you see your lats start poppin' off and you start building boulder shoulders
I kinda like my weird hand callouses, like they're some sort of proof that I did a thing and I'm pushing myself
No, I have increasingly gross callouses forming on my palms by the ring and pinky fingers as a result. 3 days ago i rowed and a blister formed under one and popped 😭 so maybe use gloves idk
Yeah I saw someone at my gym put some on and realized hey, maybe that might be good.
I’ve done like 1850 oars total on my machine, one day I will be this swole.
Hell yeah you will, just keep pushing yourself and doing more/more resistance as you feel you are able to!!
