    Crazy yo. I'm in Changsha at the moment and there are quite a lot of places with Halloween decoration up, including the bar I was in last night called Commune. Commune is a huge nation wide chain, so if they are not afraid of government crackdown I don't know why an individual would have anything to worry about.

    In addition to this there are shops selling Halloween things. I'll know for sure on Halloween night, but given how rowdy any night can be in China I doubt the police are going to be arresting people for dressing up whilst doing what they do every night anyway.

    To be honest I was surprised to see any Halloween stuff at all. I didn't think they would care out here
