This solidified my decision to leave the country. I can’t believe that, with all the shit at stake, we chose to actively oppress ourselves, and honestly I don’t think I can continue to live with the people who did that. While I had already given up hope for this country, I have now truly lost any faith I had left. I guess that’s for the best, in the end. May this hasten the fall, I guess. 🤷🏻♂️
