    does the proliferation indicate we're not dealing with the 60% mortalitiy kind of H5, since assumedly we'd be seeing scores of bodies in the streets, or do we not know yet

        Livestock manure isn't supposed to enter municipal wastewater. It typically gets composted or tossed in an anaerobic digester.

        Never mind, according to the CDC the source could be milk from infected animals.

      Some talking heads on the news are saying it's "like the flu". I'm not saying they're wrong, but we went through this already on 2020. I'm just suspicious until we know more.
