I wonder if a lot of these are because all the people in their friend and family groups just lied to them about voting blue. I personally have one friend at least 5 of us just lied to BC it's not worth the drama
My mom thinks I vote Democrat every election. I haven't voted for a Democrat since Obama's first term in 2008. It's been third party in every election since then. I barely even vote for dems locally. Usually I go for third party there, too. I only vote Democrat if they're not anything worse than naive public servants coming from backgrounds like public defense attorney, teacher, etc. Former troop/cop? Small business owner? MBA? Haaahahaha nope, get fucked I deliberately write in "none of the above" so there's no confusion as to why there's a blank spot next to your name.
