"Just be yourself" is corny advice, but it's also true. If you've got nerves, just remember your manners, try to listen more than you talk, and have some questions in mind for changing the subject if the conversation seems to veer off track or hit a lull. Asking follow-up questions is a good way to keep the conversation going and not something that people always remember to do, so it'll make you more memorable.
