The whole point of having a romantic relationship is to slowly and tactfully let them realise on their own how surrounded by western propaganda they are.

Why? What did you guys think the point of intimacy was? Love or children or something?

It wasn't a dunk lol, I'm in the South and have several people out here who legitimately ask me about communism. There aren't that many principled communists out here (the local trade school has a CPUSA branch with like 3 dudes that wear the dye hammer and sickle shirts), but most people I talk to are pretty open to communist ideas.

I'm also not very good at talking to people, just wildly over confident in approaching strangers

My poor girlfriend, I have no idea how she puts up with my endless micro-rants about how x thing we observed while out and about is evidence of the contradictions of capitalism and the ills attendant therein

If being single is the only way I can keep wishing death to all kkkrakkkers in Amerikkka and the rest of the west then by god I’m being buried alone in in a cemetery with a copy of Das Kapital gripped in my corpse’s hands

When my partner and I met she was a libertarian and I was a Obama loving lib. When we first started dating, we had both become "progressives" and canvassed for Bernie. Now we are both anarchists who would happily fight alongside MLs if the opportunity for revolution were ever upon us.

My message is this: together, you and your partner can extremify each other far beyond where you were likely to reach alone in the most virtuous of cycles.

i get drunk and stand on tables and give speeches about revolution. that works well imo. or just stare at people till they approach you. you gotta be a ten at all times to attract the other leftist and you HAVE to freak out the libs. or else you waste days of your life youll never get back after hearing the dumbest thing like "the rioters should avoid small businesses" and "its cronie capitalism thats the problem"

I try to frame my leftist view points in the most favorable neutral sounding way possible. Then if I sense the person isn't coming from the same place as me, I back off.
