nah, that's not how URLs work. e. is a subdomain (probably meaning email), like the ubiquitous www. or like how mobile versions of sites may be prefixed with m. or how wikipedia prefixes itself with the language code of what you're browsing in, i.e. en.wikipedia.org, or how google drive is at drive.google.com. subdomains are dictated by the site itself, not the domain registrar.

or to put it more simply, not much matters besides discerning what's directly next to the top-level domain, being .com in this case. unless that L is an I (which most competent email clients should emphasize) it's from the Harris campaign.
