Today I unupbeared my post. Why? Because I believe success must be earned, not given.

But where’s the growth in that? Where’s the hustle? Where's the struggle? The grind? What did you learn? The first upbear—much like the first paycheck–isn’t something you just hand yourself. It’s something you earn by delivering value and trusting the process. If you deserve that upbear, you'll get it. The longer that zilch hangs, the more motivation you have to get to work.

In life, as in Hexbear:
✅ Don’t seek shortcuts.
✅ Curate your portfolio.
✅ Let your work speak for itself.

That first upbear? That 0 changing into a 1? That’s your audience, your customer base, your mentee, telling you you’ve done a good job. And trust me, it feels better than any shortcut ever could.
