A comrade from here bought me a gift card through vanilla gift and so far on an amazon order the thing hasn't budged from pending to confirmed or shipped or w/e. I also tried using it on another site and it got flat out denied. I don't want that comrade to be out money and I was really hoping to use this card to get some stuff I needed.

    Vanilla just sucks. They take forever to clear pending transactions. I think they want you to be frustrated and forget about the card.

    IIRC there's nothing customer service can do about it, but my experience is 10+ years old, so maybe it's changed.

      Shit, okay sadness I contacted amazon help and they said it's stuck in fulfillment so idk if that's on the card or what.
