Yay
Aerobic days are around 6 miles at 6:30 pace and anaerobic days are fartleks or 8x400 at 4:45-5:15. I think this number is overly inflated because my RHR when I'm asleep is very low (around 40) but when I'm awake it's closer to 50 or 60 and Garmin uses your sleeping HR as your RHR.
Even if it's inflated that's a crazy pace. I need to get back into running but the spiro makes me so sleepy
I miss having a fitness watch. It was such a necessary ego-stoke to see my resting heart-rate going into the high 30s.
what app do you use to measure this? i'm curious now where i'm at lol
Death to America
This is Garmin connect. It uses heart rate and pace from my watch and self reported weight and age. I don't know how accurate it is because it can't actually measure oxygen flow, but my watch is a pretty accurate heart rate monitor.
