We have seen throughout the 2024 presidential campaign that, as liberals, our electoral strategy has failed. Let's face it, Kamala Harris was not the best candidate we could have chosen. She alienated millions of potential voters she pushed the Democratic Party's base of support to the Republican side with her far-left agenda. Remember the age old saying "a bird needs both wings to fly" -- it seems Kamala and the Democratic Party as a whole forgot this. She alienated the right. The bird that was 2024 Harris Walz campaign plummeted. A bird cannot fly with one wing.
To win in 2028 we need a sensible, respectable and coalition building candidate. We need a candidate who can unite both left and right. We need a campaign that can soar through the skies, that can break boundaries. This is not easy, of course. We need a candidate, a candidate who unlike Kamala, doesn't have a record of being a far-left prosecutor. The Democratic Party needs someone with the oratorical skills of Biden, the mind of Musk, the charm of Trump. We need an innovator, ground breaker, record maker. We need her -- we need Hillary.
We can do better than that:
Convince Mitt Romney to join the Democrat party and run him.
Never going to happen. Romney would probably actually win. Which would force the Democrats to actually work.
