Oda literally manages to troll the entire one piece community with the saul cliffhanger a few chapters ago. People were theorizing that Oda didn't want robin to meet Saul but no it's literally him recreating the day they first met.
When One Piece wants to it can be peak in a single chapter and it's done so effortlessly (Oda spending a few panels to explain how a beach is in Elbaf).
