Yes, they are classics.
They’ve aged if you’re used to RTSs, but they’re still timeless classics which can be enjoyed by anyone in my opinion.
WC1 is a little rough, commanding only 1 unit at a time is painful.
WC2 is iconic, lots of QOL changes and a fun story.
