My Mandarin is still not too great (not to mention that since these cards are from Hong Kong they're written in traditional characters instead of simplified characters) so I won't attempt to translate everything, but they all basically say what each picture is about and where Bin Laden is in the picture if it's a group photo. The 9/11 card for example says where each plane crashed, how many were killed…
As for the context, I have no idea why they were made lol, I just found it at a friends' place in Germany on 12 September (they didn't know they had it so they don't know much about the context either).
Yes is all information about him and information about pictures. I think that this do not have much purpose. Card is cheap to print and factory will print a lot of different thing. Street vendor will sell it on a big display with a lot of other design. Do not know what will sell.
