I had family over for the holidays, and they've left yesterday. Hopefully I can get on my habits going on, I'll be tracking them on the app Dessalines developed, which works pretty well. This week I need to get going with job seeking asap, really sucks being broke and people saying they're not hiring til the end of the month at best.

I track all of my stuff in an app called Bearable. It's great because you can track sleep, energy, mood, supplements, activities, symptoms all in one place. And then you can correlate factors to see how they effect each other. It makes me motivated to do healthy habits because my gamer brain likes to see number go up
