NEW: "It's a lifetime appointment. I'm not going to attempt to change that at all," @JoeBiden said when asked if he would be open to putting term limits on the Supreme Court.— Molly Nagle (@MollyNagle3) October 26, 2020
I do love how one week before the election, Biden is constantly shooting himself in the foot with talking about bipartisanship and how he loves Republicans so much, he has zero plans to change anything.
The polls have shifted in the swing states since he started talking about fracking and his love for Republicans. If they end up losing, libs aren't going to blame it on this, but he isn't helping himself.
If you check the Five Thirty Eight interactive map, Florida shifted to Trump, as did Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin is pretty close.
They've also weirdly got Texas as a swing state and big LOL at the thought of Biden winning that state. Republicans aren't going to vote for him in Texas just based on his gun control platform alone.
They still have Biden at 88% chance, but if you play with their interactive map and just give Trump one of the swing states, the entire thing completely shifts giving him an over 40% chance of winning. Give him Texas, along with Florida or another swing state and suddenly Trump is over 60% chance.
I don't trust the polls anyway after Hillary's loss.

Are they? Seems like Joe is still leading in most of them and hasn't been dropping
