Biden with a Republican Senate would be disastrous since there would just be complete gridlock and there wouldn't be a chance of anything passing. If Democrats take the Senate, hopefully they get rid of the fillibuster. They should be able to pass some stimulus, voting rights legislation (like HR1 from 2018), etc
